MINERALOGY: Sodalite is an amazing royal blue gemstone with white calcite specks scattered on it. It is often confused with Lapis Lazuli gemstone. The name ‘sodalite’ comes from the Greek words soda and lithos, meaning salt stone. It is chemically known sodium aluminum silicate chloride.

HOW TO USE: When meditating with Sodalite, your body will release all unhealthy thoughts and emotions. Just hold the stone in your hands and visualize all the toxins leaving your body. You will start seeing things from a different perspective when you envision yourself being surrounded by these calming energies.
