Note: Due to the genuine nature of the stones used in our pieces, no two are alike in size, shape or color! Each UnEarthed Signature piece is uniquely created from a freshly mined UnEarthed Stone and therefore your piece may be different than shown. Our artist reserves the right to complete the piece in the best design choice available. Customer will be contacted if any changes are necessary for the completion of their order

Jewelry Care  

To retain the integrity of your handcrafted piece, we recommend the following to our customers: 

Please only clean your pieces with a polishing cloth, and keep away from extreme heat, steam or any chemical jewelry cleaners. 

Protect the plating of your jewelry by removing it when washing your hands, swimming, exercising, cleaning and before applying any kind of personal body product. Maintain your jewelry’s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. 

Jewelry Repair  

Robyn Rhodes accepts returns for repairs that have been damaged due to user error or natural wear and tear within 14 days of delivery for a service repair fee of $10 

All other items submitted for repair beyond 14 days of delivery are subject to a service repair fee amounting to half the cost of the original payment made for the item.
