It is found in the oxidized zones of copper deposits, in hypothermal veins and in the cavities of basalt that have been in contact with hydrothermal solutions. Copper is an excellent conductor of electricity. Most copper today is used in wiring and to conduct heat in appliances.
HOW TO USE: Copper can be found in food such as oysters and shellfish and is known to help with stabilize metabolism. It is also commonly used in creams and muscle salves to soother muscle pain and arthritis.
