MINERALOGY: Chrysocolla has a cyan (blue-green) color and is a minor ore of copper, having a hardness of 2.5 to 7.0. It is of secondary origin and forms in the oxidation zones of copper ore bodies. Associated minerals are quartz, limonite, azurite, malachite, cuprite, and other secondary copper minerals.

HOW TO USE: Re-energizing all chakras, use on areas of the body during meditation and use to promote spontaneity in life.  

HEALING PROPERTIES: Chrysocolla is a stone of harmony, both on a universal level and a very specific level. It can be used to purify a place or remove negativity from a person. It is a very gentle stone and its energy works in a gentle, harmonious way. It can help ease fear, anxiety, and guilt, and bring hope.
